We provide training for women who have not had the opportunity to study, either due to economic problems, family matters, or lack of accessibility to schools.
STUDENTS
We provide training to international students who wish to learn about the gastronomic culture of Galicia and who believe in hard work and effort as the foundation of good cuisine.
Research
